About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Design and Product Management teams with day-to-day operations
- Research trends, products, materials, and relevant developments in the fashion industry
- Assist with moodboards and product concepts
- Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers
- Track samples, timelines, deadlines, and production progress
- Assist with preparing collections, fittings, and product presentations
- Maintain and organize product information, documents, and internal overviews
- Support organizational and operational tasks within product development
- Contribute to the entire product development process, from research and product concept through sampling and production to the finished product
- Collaborate with the team, brands, and international manufacturers and suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are ideally studying fashion design, fashion management, product management, textile or apparel management, or a comparable degree program
- Passion for fashion, design, products, and brands
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and an active, hands-on approach
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Confident communication skills in German and English
- Initial experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, or comparable tools is an advantage but not required
