About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement the company-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
- Lead compliance efforts for relevant standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Manage risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response protocols.
- Supervise the procurement and management of hardware/software for a distributed workforce.
- Foster a culture of security awareness through continuous training and policy development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years of experience in a similar position (Finance sector start search)
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- Significant experience in information security and IT leadership, ideally within the healthcare or finance industry.
- Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS) and modern infrastructure tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and data privacy initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
