About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Level 2/3 support for U.S. products in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve production incidents
Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions
Track incidents and requests in Jira
Work closely with U.S. business teams and managed services provider EY
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and enhance U.S. products, including coverages, business rules, forms, rating, and workflows
Perform Guidewire development using Gosu, PCF, integrations, and batch processes
Participate in functional and user acceptance testing
Participate in production deployments
Document solutions in Confluence
Promote Guidewire best practices
Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert for U.S. products on the Guidewire platform
Work closely with underwriting, architecture, and development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
Experience facilitating workshops
Experience writing user stories
Experience with production support and incident resolution
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with functional and user acceptance testing
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter v10 or later
Strong analytical skills
BillingCenter experience preferred
Experience with Guidewire SBT preferred
Knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry preferred
French language skills are a plus, but not required
Ability to work standard business hours, with occasional additional hours based on business needs
