About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals
- Follow up with Contact Specialist
- Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information required to update accounts
- Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond the required timeframe
- Perform special projects or assigned tasks
- Assist IT in resolving access issues
- Serve as a liaison between claims representatives and providers
- Facilitate timely resolution of client accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills for external and internal customers
- Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction
- Knowledge of or ability to learn client and Operations processes
- Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to gain proficiency with varied hospital databases
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and internal applications
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states
- Secure internet connection with download speeds over 20 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps
- Quiet, distraction-free home work environment
- Employment eligibility in the United States
