About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals
- Follow up with Contact Specialists
- Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information needed to update accounts
- Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond the required timeframe

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills for external and internal customers
- Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction
- Knowledge of or ability to learn client and Operations processes
- Accurate work with strong attention to detail
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word required
- Ability to gain proficiency with varied hospital databases
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and internal applications
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Must reside in the United States in one of the listed states
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful employment-history verification and background check
- Ability to work with a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Secure internet connection with download speeds over 20 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps
- Ability to accommodate workstation equipment and materials in the workspace
