About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and communicate a multi-year product vision unifying HIE & AI Suspecting and Care Gap Manager
- Connect data retrieval, AI suspecting, gap delivery, evidence submission, and gap closure into one workflow
- Sequence investments across both pods into a prioritized roadmap
- Align pods with Reveleer Prospective workflows to reuse data and workflows
- Define and prioritize roadmaps based on customer needs, retrieval performance, AI accuracy, adoption, and gap closure outcomes
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies for both pods
- Partner with engineering and clinical teams to translate requirements into product requirements and maintain PRDs
- Set and track metrics for retrieval coverage, data completeness, suspecting accuracy, gap closure, evidence validation, provider activation, and CSAT
- Own product documentation and train internal teams on HIE knowledge and product capabilities
- Manage commercial and technical relationships with HIE vendors and network partners
- Lead HIE onboarding, contract renewals, issue escalation, data access terms, and service levels
- Set the multi-year HIE portfolio strategy
- Track federal and state regulations affecting HIE data access, including information blocking rules and TEFCA
- Advise legal, compliance, engineering, and executive leadership on regulatory changes
- Maintain knowledge of the national and regional HIE landscape
- Investigate issues, prioritize engineering support, and communicate resolutions to customer support
- Partner with Compliance and Legal on PHI-related issue processes and Care Gap Manager HIPAA/HITRUST alignment
- Coordinate with Hybrid AI, Point of Care, Data Engineering, and Prospective Workflows teams
- Communicate roadmap, vendor status, regulatory risk, and progress to leadership
- Prioritize HIE connections, data types, and shared data foundations with data engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- AI-native Product Management mindset, leveraging AI as a tool and guiding AI-enabled product evolution
- Six or more years of product management experience
- At least three to four years in healthcare data, health IT, or interoperability
- Record of owning a roadmap spanning multiple teams or products
- Experience defining product vision and strategy across multiple teams or products
- Experience aligning engineering, clinical, and executive leaders
- Direct experience working with or negotiating with HIEs, health information networks, or clinical data exchange vendors
- Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA
- Familiarity with information blocking rules and TEFCA
- Working knowledge of HEDIS, CMS Stars, risk adjustment, RAF scoring, and HCCs
- Experience owning B2B SaaS products with multiple user types and configuration-driven workflows
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, relationship management, and escalation handling skills
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Comfort presenting technical and regulatory subjects to non-technical stakeholders and executives
- Ability to influence without direct authority and mentor product managers and analysts
- Experience with AI-driven suspecting, coding, or diagnosis capture in Medicare Advantage or value-based care
