About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, enhance, and support NetSuite functionality across the Order-to-Cash process, including customer setup, order management, billing, collections, and revenue-related workflows
- Design, build, and maintain NetSuite custom fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows, and page layouts
- Develop and support automation using SuiteFlow and, where applicable, SuiteScript
- Optimize SuiteBilling, Dunning, and Advanced Revenue Management
- Identify system gaps, process bottlenecks, control weaknesses, and data quality issues, and implement scalable improvements
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Diagnose and resolve NetSuite O2C workflow, configuration, script, integration, and transactional-data issues
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain system health through reviews, testing, cleanup, and performance monitoring
- Perform system administration and ongoing platform maintenance
- Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, custom reports, and analytics
- Support and monitor NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and other connected platforms using Boomi
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable, accurate data flow
- Document integration specifications, field mappings, technical dependencies, and support procedures
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
- Lead UAT, change management, training, and new rollouts
- Act as a key resource during internal and external audits related to O2C controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or business systems analyst experience
- Expertise with NetSuite O2C modules: Advanced Revenue, Billing, SuiteBilling, and Dunning
- Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting
- Experience managing or contributing to system integrations; Celigo or Boomi preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred
- Experience with Boomi and/or Celigo preferred
- SuiteScript 1.0/2.x development experience preferred
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company preferred
- Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary environments preferred
