People Operations Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and improve People systems, processes, and programs supporting employees throughout their journey at RevenueCat
- Support global employment operations across EOR platforms, employment models, benefits, immigration, compliance, and country-specific requirements
- Support onboarding and serve as a first point of contact for common employee questions
- Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support
- Coordinate recurring People programs such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes
- Partner with EOR providers and external experts on global employment, immigration, and country-specific questions
- Maintain accurate, useful People documentation and playbooks
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and use AI or automation to reduce repetitive work
- Independently own recurring People Operations workflows and proactively manage needs, deadlines, and risks
- Lead operational research for hiring in new countries, including requirements, costs, timelines, benefits, and employment options
- Redesign and automate key People workflows, particularly onboarding
- Own employee data quality and improve People systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Help shape the scaling of RevenueCat’s People Operations function and take ownership of increasingly complex People programs and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role at a fast-moving tech company
- Hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to reliably manage recurring operational processes
- Resourceful and curious; able to research unfamiliar topics, ask the right questions, involve experts, and work toward solutions
- Interest in using AI, automation, and thoughtful system design to reduce manual work and build scalable processes
- Clear, warm, and thoughtful communication across different audiences and written asynchronous formats
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information and confidential processes with discretion and sound judgment
- Experience supporting a remote team and using Notion, Slack, and Zoom for remote collaboration
- Global workforce support experience, including Employers of Record (EORs) or employees across multiple countries, ideally
- Immigration or global mobility experience is a plus
