About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prioritize and plan the visit schedule based on accounts with a red Health Score
  • Conduct on-site visits to diagnose the causes of low engagement
  • Reinforce user training on the Mobato System on site
  • Act as the direct point of contact for customers to rebuild relationships of trust
  • Develop and execute account recovery action plans
  • Record visits, supporting evidence, identified causes, and next steps
  • Report the status of critical accounts and the progress of risk indicators to the Customer Success Coordination team
  • Identify recurring churn patterns in the field and share insights with Customer Success, Product, and Support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience)
  • 2–3 years of prior experience in Customer Success, customer retention, field service, system implementation, or a customer-facing commercial role involving travel
  • Availability for frequent travel and a routine of on-site customer visits
  • Category B driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, or willingness to comply with the company’s travel and transportation policies
  • Proactive and resilient profile, with strong ability to handle objections and customer dissatisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with different user profiles
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing visit schedules and reporting results in a structured manner
  • Experience in the automotive industry or in B2B SaaS with a significant field component is a plus
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of the Mobato System or DMS systems is a plus
  • Experience delivering in-person training to end users is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Mobato System, CRM platforms, route and calendar management tools, mobile/tablet applications, and Excel/Google Sheets
