About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Remove impediments by identifying, escalating and resolving blockers
Coach team members, Product Owners and client teams on Agile and Scrum principles, roles and best practices
Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize and maintain a clear, sprint-ready backlog
Configure and maintain Azure DevOps boards, iterations, work items and dashboards
Track velocity, burndown and related sprint metrics, and report progress, risks and trends
Manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and project workstreams
Mentor Scrum practitioners and promote consistent Agile practices across ReVisionz projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including supporting multiple teams
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to manage Agile delivery within the last 3 years (required)
Client-facing experience in delivery, consulting or professional services environments is an asset
Working knowledge of Scrum artifacts, events and roles, and complementary Agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe is an asset
Experience supporting software development, platform implementation or data and information management teams
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
Exposure to projects in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, mining, power generation, food & beverage, manufacturing or industrial construction is an asset
Active Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or SSM) is an asset
