Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consecutive interpretation services during phone calls, meetings, conferences, interviews, and other assignments
Listen carefully to speakers in the source language and accurately convey messages in the target language
Facilitate communication between speakers of different languages
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity throughout interpretation
Respect HIPAA and follow Reviver’s client-required protocols, policies, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience or 3,000 hours of active interpretation
Proficiency in at least two languages (source and target languages)
Proof of English language proficiency with “technical proficiency” on the national ILR rating or equivalent
Completion of Mock Call assessment with passing score
Updated resume showing relevant interpretation experience
Criminal background check in English
Technical infrastructure to support interpretation assignments, including headset, stable internet, and laptop
Respect HIPAA and comply with Reviver’s protocols, policies, and industry best practices
Interpretation standards established by IMIA, CCHI, and NCIHC
