About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot and connected systems
Bridge business strategy with technical execution alongside RevOps Strategists and the Engineering team
Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
Improve data integrity and automate processes
Create custom solutions in HubSpot
Map and integrate multi-system data models
Scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects
Document architecture and workflows
Communicate project updates regularly
Deliver scalable HubSpot solutions and reliable systems that drive measurable outcomes for partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting
3+ years of HubSpot experience
3+ years of Database Development experience
3+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years of REST APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks experience
3+ years of HTML and React experience
3+ years of Python 3.x or Node.js scripting experience
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io
Ability to create custom solutions in HubSpot within the first 6 months
Ability to understand business and revenue operations objectives and translate them into technical requirements
Ability to map and integrate multi-system data models
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects
Ability to document architecture and workflows and communicate updates regularly
