About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the development and implementation of packaging designs for ZooRoyal private-label cat products
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of packaging layouts, print-ready artwork, and designs from commissioning through implementation
- Manage correction rounds and ensure all approvals are obtained on time
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, Category Management, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and suppliers
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, project lists, and forms
- Manage multiple complex packaging projects simultaneously under demanding timelines
- Monitor market and competitor developments and contribute new ideas
- Communicate proactively and develop viable solutions in complex cross-functional situations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in marketing, advertising, design, or packaging
- Experience in the packaging field
- Knowledge of the requirements involved in developing and implementing packaging, print-ready artwork, and print media
- Ideally, a background as a media designer or a completed degree in graphic design or media design
- Strong understanding of the development and implementation of packaging designs
- Experience working with design agencies
- Ability to successfully coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, conflict-management abilities, and persuasive reasoning
- Structured and conscientious approach to work
- Enthusiasm for animals, the pet-care segment, and cat products in particular
