About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go live
Learn each client’s commercial property portfolio, processes and ways of working
Develop structured training plans tailored to client needs
Deliver Rex Cirrus8 training sessions online and in person
Help clients apply the platform to day-to-day property management processes
Provide ongoing training and guidance to support product adoption
Act as a key client contact throughout onboarding
Build trusted relationships with commercial property professionals
Identify and address training gaps affecting successful adoption
Support clients after go live and guide them to self-service resources
Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables and milestones
Coordinate client kick offs, training and data review sessions
Work with the Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition to Rex Cirrus8
Communicate progress and expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute ideas to improve onboarding, training resources and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience within commercial real estate or commercial property, ideally in property management, lease administration, trust accounting or property operations
Strong understanding of commercial property processes and day-to-day challenges faced by property professionals
Confidence working with clients and building trusted professional relationships
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain processes or systems clearly
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines
Confidence learning new technology and systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
Experience with property management software or implementing new systems is highly regarded
Ability to deliver training online and in person
Ability to coordinate onboarding timelines, deliverables and milestones
