About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy, roadmap and delivery across AI Lease Ingestion, Payment Runs and Quick Payments, and Email Communications.
Define and own the AI lease ingestion roadmap, including data extraction, property manager review, confirmation and downstream workflow automation.
Lead discovery with property managers to understand lease data requirements, errors and trust thresholds.
Shape the structured lease-terms data model with engineering.
Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI extraction, review interfaces and correction flows.
Own the Payment Runs and Quick Payments roadmap and define a unified, reliable and automated payment experience.
Define safe-by-default payment controls and the automated post-payment process, including bank file generation, financial approver workflows and owner communications.
Lead the email communications workstream and transition to the new communications architecture.
Own the end-to-end vision for configuration, template management, delivery and tracking of the Cirrus8 email experience.
Own strategy, roadmap and backlog across all focus areas, prioritising customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
Lead user interviews, contextual inquiries and workflow analysis; synthesise research into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to drive delivery, facilitate alignment and manage trade-offs.
Work in an agile, OKR-driven environment, participating in sprint ceremonies.
Apply UX and design expertise, lead or contribute to prototyping, contribute to the Rexlabs Design System, and provide rollout guidance to support and marketing teams.
Monitor product performance and customer outcomes to inform iteration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, owning the roadmap and backlog for complex workflows.
A background in product or UX design, with demonstrated use of design thinking, prototyping and experience definition in product decisions.
Experience writing product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams in an agile delivery model.
Strong discovery skills, including user interviews, contextual inquiry and workflow analysis.
Experience with financially sensitive workflows such as payments, billing or reconciliation is highly regarded.
Experience shaping AI-assisted or automation features, including accuracy thresholds and human review flows, is highly regarded.
Familiarity with commercial property management or proptech is an advantage.
Comfort working with OKRs and using data and customer feedback to guide prioritisation.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering and customer-facing teams.
