About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and deliver production-quality frontend and backend features within a product stream
Use AI coding agents to generate, test, debug and iterate on code
Provide AI agents with architectural context, coding standards and domain knowledge
Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, security, maintainability and architectural fit
Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
Work within established database schemas, API contracts, service boundaries and deployment pipelines
Contribute to technical design discussions, architectural decisions and code reviews
Maintain and improve automated test coverage
Identify and address technical debt while balancing delivery speed and long-term product health
Own the quality and production readiness of delivered software
Build prompts, context documents, system instructions, AGENTS.md files and other AI-friendly engineering practices
Experiment with AI development tools, techniques and workflows
Identify AI-generated-code failure modes and improve agent output reliability
Share prompting strategies, workflows and lessons with the engineering team
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers on product priorities
Participate in technical planning, sprint ceremonies, code reviews and engineering discussions
Mentor and support engineers through technical collaboration and knowledge sharing
Help improve AI-native development capability across the engineering team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong commercial software engineering experience at Senior Full Stack Developer level
Demonstrated experience delivering software across frontend and backend systems
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Cody, Aider or similar
Strong fundamentals in system design, API design, databases, testing and deployment
Ability to critically assess AI-generated code for performance, security, edge cases, maintainability and architectural fit
Experience working within established production codebases and complex environments
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the full technology stack
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively within a collaborative product team
Portfolio, GitHub profile or personal projects demonstrating use of AI in the development process
Nice to have: experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes or GCP
Nice to have: experience in SaaS, PropTech or real estate technology
Nice to have: familiarity with prompt engineering, context management and improving AI agent output
Nice to have: open source contribution or public technical knowledge sharing
Nice to have: experience in agile product teams with end-to-end software delivery ownership
