About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to implementations and enhancements
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories to identify areas for improvement within Salesforce
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with Salesforce administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations
Perform testing and validation of solutions
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users
Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices
Report directly to Jonathan Matal, AVP-IT Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM
In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform capabilities
3+ years of experience supporting loan servicing organizations through business analysis, process improvement, or technology initiatives is highly desirable
Understanding of loan servicing workflows from boarding through payoff
Experience translating complex servicing requirements into scalable technology solutions
Lending industry experience, especially with FinTech solutions like nCinco, Fundingo, or similar, is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
