About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects and contracts, monitoring their execution, results, and compliance with contractual obligations
Manage institutional relationships with clients, leading alignment meetings and strategic requests
Coordinate internal teams to ensure project progress and resolve requests
Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare management
Monitor public tendering processes and public calls for proposals, from reviewing bid notices through contract formalization
Prepare and monitor technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements
Contribute to strategic healthcare projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in project management
Knowledge of contract management, planning, and results monitoring
Knowledge of public tendering processes, bid notice analysis, and technical proposals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel
Completed postgraduate degree is a plus
Experience with public tendering processes and public-sector contracting is a plus
Knowledge of public administration and applicable legislation is a plus
Experience managing healthcare contracts and projects is a plus
Leadership, organization, and strategic thinking
Assertive communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and decision-making skills
