About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead the product strategy and vision, aligned with business objectives, with a particular focus on the delivery vertical
Establish and scale the Product Analytics practice across the organization
Lead and develop the product team
Incorporate AI capabilities and agents into the product roadmap
Define success metrics, prioritization frameworks, and discovery and delivery processes
Work closely with the founders, technology teams, and the various business functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in São Paulo — the role is remote, but occasional in-person meetings take place in the city
Demonstrable expertise in Product Analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
Senior track record in product leadership roles
Strong product experience in the delivery, food, or marketplace sector
Experience working at SaaS companies
Experience in the EdTech sector
Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic environments
Spanish proficiency as an additional language alongside native Portuguese
Background at leading companies in the region, such as Rappi, Tiendanube, VTEX, or Mercado Livre
University degree
