About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Corporate Travel Agent or Consultant specializing in business travel and corporate events
  • Provide quotes, make reservations, and issue domestic and international airline tickets
  • Book accommodations, rental cars, and executive transfers using integrated systems
  • Provide support via email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Resolve unexpected issues, itinerary changes, cancellations, and last-minute cancellations
  • Assist with planning and booking group flights and accommodations for conventions, lectures, and global corporate meetings
  • Remotely support corporate events when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Experience serving corporate clients (B2B)
  • Knowledge of corporate billing processes and fast-response service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Experience working with travel consolidators
  • Excellent communication skills, strong writing ability, and ease in communicating with clients
  • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and occasionally on weekends
  • A degree or technical training in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus, but not required
