About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the development and preparation of electrical installation projects from concept through final delivery
- Ensure technical quality and interdisciplinary coordination
- Plan development stages and deliverable lists
- Establish priorities and coordinate schedules across multiple projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination, identifying and resolving clashes between systems
- Participate in alignment and coordination meetings with clients, third parties, designers, and project teams
- Track technical requests and outstanding items
- Analyze and direct client requests and changes, controlling revisions and their impact on development and schedules
- Anticipate risks and monitor cost and quality
- Report project progress, challenges, deviations, and resource requirements to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency
- More than 8 years of professional experience developing electrical installation projects
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of BIM coordination tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects, track activities and deliverables, make technical decisions, and manage priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of applicable standards and design criteria for electrical installations
- Experience in project leadership and/or technical coordination
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Own vehicle
