About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, working directly with end borrowers and decision-makers
Identify working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies with annual revenue above BRL 15 million
Interpret projects and financing needs
Maintain continuous origination activities, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week
Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals
Operate in the agribusiness sector and connect corporate financing needs with funding sources
Structure working capital, receivables financing, secured lending, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and transactions involving FIDCs, CRIs, CRAs, debentures, asset managers, and federal and international funds

Requirements

What you’ll need

Established active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above BRL 15 million
Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional credit lines/federal funds, such as BNDES and equivalent institutions
Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
Ability to interpret complex projects and working capital and corporate debt requirements
Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration
Highly senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in agribusiness
Preferred professional experience: less than 1 year
