Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers
Identify working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
Interpret projects and financing needs
Maintain continuous origination activity, with a target benchmark of two structured contracts per week
Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals
Work with companies in the industrial sector

Requirements

What you’ll need

Established active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, such as BNDES and equivalent institutions
Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
Ability to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements
Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills
Highly senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
