About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, working directly with end borrowers and decision-makers
- Identify working capital and corporate debt financing needs among companies with annual revenue exceeding R$15 million
- Interpret projects and financing requirements
- Maintain continuous origination activity, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week
- Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals
- Serve mid-sized and large companies, with a focus on industrial businesses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Established active portfolio and direct, proven relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
- Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs (credit rights investment funds), asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding lines such as BNDES and equivalent institutions
- Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
- Ability to interpret complex projects and working capital and corporate debt requirements
- Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills
- Highly senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
