About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advertise job openings on employment platforms, social media, and talent databases
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments
Conduct competency-based, telephone, and online interviews
Manage the entire candidate pipeline in the PandaPé ATS, including registration, stage progression, and recordkeeping
Present finalists and follow up on feedback
Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the process
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, from initial alignment through hiring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, independently managing hiring processes
Proficiency with the PandaPé ATS
Own computer and reliable internet connection for online interviews and uninterrupted remote work
Availability during business hours, Monday through Friday, to dedicate to recruitment processes
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and sense of deadlines
High school education preferred
1 to 3 years of professional experience
