Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Recruiter.
Knowledge of online recruiting tools and selection methodologies.
Ability to work independently and organize your workflow.
Own infrastructure for remote work (computer, reliable internet connection, and telephone).
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
1–3 years of professional experience.
