Requirements

What you’ll need

A highly technical, hands-on infrastructure leader based in Latin America, North America, or Europe, with a strong preference for Latin American tech hubs such as São Paulo, Bogotá, and Mexico City
Hands-on experience building and operating production infrastructure in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar)
Deep production expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud architectures, specifically AWS and GCP
Proven track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform
Experience implementing observability and incident response systems
Current or very recent experience as an Individual Contributor (IC), rather than as a pure people manager
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of data infrastructure and network infrastructure
