About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the development and preparation of plumbing and hydraulic systems design projects, from conception through final delivery
Plan development stages and deliverable lists
Set priorities and coordinate schedules across multiple projects
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Lead interdisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes between systems
Participate in alignment and coordination meetings with clients, third parties, designers, and project teams
Track technical requests and outstanding items
Analyze and direct client requests and changes
Control revisions and their impact on development and schedules
Anticipate risks and monitor cost and quality
Report project progress, challenges, deviations, and resource needs to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Advanced English proficiency
More than 8 years of professional experience developing plumbing and hydraulic systems design projects
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of BIM coordination tools
Ability to manage multiple projects, monitor activities and deliverables, make technical decisions, and manage priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of applicable standards and design criteria for plumbing and hydraulic systems
Experience in project leadership and/or technical coordination
Category B driver's license
Willingness to travel
Own vehicle
