Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in recruitment and selection (consulting experience is a plus)
Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.)
Strong competency-based interviewing skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Active business registration (CNPJ) to work independently
Availability to work remotely
Laptop or computer in excellent working condition
Microsoft Office installed and fully functional
Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional work environment
University degree
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (a plus)
Experience filling strategic and high-volume positions (a plus)
