About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and analyze job profiles submitted by RHF
- Advertise open positions and actively source candidates
- Screen resumes and contact professionals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the requested profile
- Forward qualified candidates to the client for evaluation
- Support candidates throughout the stages of the recruitment process
- Keep RHF updated on the progress of open positions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Experience in recruitment and selection
- Active sourcing skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Proactivity
- Strong communication skills
- Engagement as an independent contractor, subject to issuing invoices
