Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Experience in an HR consultancy will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, among others)
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
- Knowledge of behavioral assessments
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables
- Availability to work remotely
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience
