About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control, optimize, and further develop the affiliate channel
Monitor market trends and provide analysis in the affiliate environment
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events
Support existing partners and adapt commission structures according to partner performance and market requirements
Provide performance evaluations and KPI reports
Administer affiliate tools, including NetRefer and Tableau
Conduct and assist in competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy
Work with Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions
Collaborate with Country Management and CRM teams to improve marketing campaigns and CRM offerings
Research and contact new affiliates, develop acquisition proposals, and follow them through to results
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates
Mentor and support team members and provide guidance to enhance team performance
Act as an escalation point for team challenges and support a collaborative work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience within affiliation in iGaming
Strong knowledge of casino product; sportsbook knowledge would be beneficial
Solid knowledge of the iGaming affiliate market and its players
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong people and relationship-building skills with top affiliate partners and internal stakeholders
Able to define, structure, and prioritise workload, with flexibility and capability to change when required
Desire to be part of building the future
