About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Head of FP&A in developing and maintaining financial models for group budgeting and forecasting
Work with the Head of FP&A to develop a business performance analysis culture
Partner with Commercial and Operational stakeholders to drive cross-function improvements through data-driven insights
Develop reports and presentations communicating financial and business insights to senior stakeholders
Bridge Operations/Commercial Teams and Business Intelligence to support self-serve data reporting and analysis
Identify trends, gaps and performance opportunities
Integrate analytics, data-driven decision-making and automated processes into operational activities
Assist with management reporting, month-close procedures, year-end audit requirements and ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years post qualification experience
iGaming industry background is preferable
Experience in a similar role, or B2C would be a significant advantage
Experience in managing key business stakeholders, challenging projects and maintaining high service level
Strong base of technical accounting and reporting skills
Experience of working with large volumes of data is essential
Analytic, problem-solving and can-do attitude
Strong Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau skills
Team player mentality
