About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage delivery of KPIs, operational excellence, and the retail signature
  • Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region
  • Ensure the region follows brand-guideline best practices
  • Create business plans for each boutique and facilitate execution through visits, communication, and support
  • Coach, develop, and maximize boutique managers and their teams
  • Develop business ideas that elevate clientelling opportunities
  • Partner with the VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issues
  • Manage P&L, including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses
  • Manage operational execution of policies and procedures
  • Ensure loss-prevention policies and practices are followed
  • Perform special projects as designated by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience
  • Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage a P&L
  • Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and present a different point of view
  • High level of etiquette – business and social
  • Ability to travel extensively (80%)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SAP preferred
  • Internet applications
