About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own front-office implementation workstreams for Ridgeline client projects end-to-end, from discovery through go-live
  • Configure Ridgeline tenants, translating client workflows into system setup and client-facing education
  • Partner with sales and delivery to support pipeline projects, including smaller, quick-turnaround engagements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare, escalating when appropriate
  • Absorb client feedback and relay it constructively to the product team
  • Share project context and learnings with teammates to avoid knowledge silos
  • Guide asset managers and wealth managers through discovery, configuration, and go-live for trading systems
  • Develop expertise in Ridgeline configuration, workflows, and front-office workflows end to end
  • Progress toward independently owning the full project lifecycle from discovery through go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations experience — buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementation background
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity and motivation to keep learning
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a constantly evolving product
  • Track record of balancing independent ownership with proactive team communication
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to receive and act on direct feedback professionally
  • Wealth management domain exposure (optional bonus)
  • Prior experience in a smaller, fast-paced company environment (optional bonus)
