About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and project manage the integration workstream
Conduct discovery sessions to understand and document customers’ integration needs
Build and deploy reusable, well-documented, and maintainable integrations across customers
Partner with Platform Engineering to move integration code into a single source of truth with consistent deployment practices
Improve implementation methodology and consulting efficiency, reducing technical debt and repeat-build hours
Help define the operating model for managed integration services supporting customers after go-live
Engage directly with customers and vendors to scope, build, and troubleshoot integrations
Complete training, shadow experienced consultants, and build integrations with guided support
Lead integration workstream activities for customer implementations
Progress reusable, centrally managed integration assets with Platform Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of professional experience delivering technical solutions for customer or internal stakeholders in a software, consulting or complex technology environment
Experience working in a complex technology organization, ideally a microservices environment, with a demonstrated understanding of how to deploy a service
Practical software development or systems engineering experience beyond configuration, including building, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions
Experience owning the resolution of a complex, high-impact technical challenge within a multi-system or microservices environment
Comfort working directly with customers and vendors, and the ability to learn new technologies and domains quickly
Experience in financial services or investment management (not required; bonus)
Experience championing and driving adoption of source control, testing, deployment, and monitoring practices for a team (bonus)
Hands-on experience with Workato or another Integration-Platform-as-a-Service solution such as Workday Studio, Mulesoft, or Boomi (bonus)
Experience developing ideas related to agentic operations, including agentic code review, continuous deployment, end-to-end integration tests, observability tooling, and LLM gateways (bonus)
