About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
Develop and support healthcare features such as prescription ordering, secure messaging, patient information access, and other digital services
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, payment systems, analytics tools, notifications, and other external services
Ensure applications follow security, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements, including GDPR and, where applicable, HIPAA
Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, Product, Marketing, Design, and internal technical teams
Identify and resolve bugs, conduct testing, optimize performance, and improve user experience
Deploy and manage updates through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Stay current with mobile development technologies, security practices, trends, and industry standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Mobile App Development
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and development best practices
Hands-on experience with Firebase and/or Supabase
Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, authentication systems, and other external integrations
Experience with Provider, Bloc, or GetX state management
Experience implementing and managing push notifications
Proficient in Git
Strong understanding of secure authentication methods, including OAuth and biometrics
Secure handling of sensitive user and healthcare data
Advanced/Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory
Must be an Immediate Joiner
Experience with Shopify (nice to have)
Experience with Kotlin (nice to have)
Prior experience in healthcare or telemedicine applications (nice to have)
