About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own customer relationships and outcomes across a customer portfolio
- Build deep customer relationships, run success plans, and hold recurring meetings to maximize Rillet value attainment
- Translate complex accounting challenges into automated workflows powered by Rillet’s AI platform
- Bridge technical product capabilities and customer accounting needs
- Lead customer trainings and advise on process optimization and month-end close efficiency
- Provide customer feedback to founders and Product in close to real time
- Triage support issues with Engineering
- Ensure smooth account handoff with Implementation
- Develop deep expertise in Rillet’s AI-native platform and stay current on features and functionality
- Represent Rillet as the customer-facing company representative using customer empathy and structured problem-solving
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public audit/assurance or industry GL/Close, Revenue, AP, or Consolidations
- Understanding of UK GAAP and the end-to-end close process
- Exposure to IFRS and technical accounting concepts such as IFRS 15/revenue recognition is advantageous
- Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows
- Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite or Intacct
- Comfort picking up new finance tools
- Bias to action, ownership mindset, and high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- CPA, active or inactive
- Previous client-facing, consulting, or implementation experience is not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK; sponsorship requirements are addressed in the application
