About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve inbound support tickets covering general knowledge, bug triage, and data requests through omni-channel support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in asynchronous channels
  • Triage and escalate issues to Customer Success or Engineering with sufficient context
  • Document resolutions, product behavior, and edge cases in the internal knowledge base
  • Tag and categorize tickets to support data quality and AI agent optimization
  • Surface customer-question patterns to Product and Engineering
  • Follow playbooks and escalation protocols, and identify process gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 months to 2 years in a customer-facing role: support, success, or similar
  • Customer-first orientation
  • Strong written communication in asynchronous channels
  • Ability to learn complex products quickly
  • Pattern recognition and documentation skills
  • Strong issue triage skills
  • Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts or finance workflows (nice to have)
  • Experience with Pylon, Linear, or similar customer success/support tooling (nice to have)
  • Previous experience with an accounting-adjacent product (nice to have)
