About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and improve prospecting workflows, including account and list building, enrichment, and ICP segmentation
- Analyze and improve the lead scoring model, including weekly reporting and recommendations
- Partner with the GTM team on outreach initiatives and sales enablement
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform GTM strategy
- Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve Growth and Sales workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve data, tools, and processes across the GTM organization
- Work directly with the Growth Team Lead and Head of Growth on high-impact projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data
- Experience with spreadsheets and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across teams
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- Excited to experiment with AI and automation
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
- Familiarity with Clay, Salesforce, or other GTM/sales tools is nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Zapier, no-code tools, or other automation is nice to have
- Experience with prospecting, revenue operations, growth, or sales operations is nice to have
- Interest in fintech, accounting technology, or B2B SaaS is nice to have
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Open to commuting to the NYC or San Francisco office, or willing to relocate to either location
