About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own outreach to a defined list of regional and mid-sized CPA firms
  • Build relationships with practice leads, advisory partners, and key stakeholders
  • Run high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and introductory meetings
  • Move firms from initial conversations to active, referral-sending partners
  • Own revenue generation across the partner portfolio, including sourced pipeline and closed revenue targets
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across partner practices, offices, and leadership teams
  • Educate partner contacts on Rillet and its ideal client profile
  • Maintain current pipeline data in partner tracking systems
  • Support newly activated partners with onboarding and enablement materials
  • Activate high-potential partners through deeper enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, events, and account mapping
  • Flag high-traction firms to the broader partnerships team
  • Represent Rillet at select industry events and expand Rillet’s presence across the accounting community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role across business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or professional services
  • Experience ideally within a technology or B2B SaaS company
  • Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, navigating multiple decision-makers, and proactively developing new relationships
  • Outbound BDR, SDR, or AE experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship-building
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with accurate tracking across a large, active book of firms
  • Coachable and eager to run a structured playbook, with initiative to suggest improvements
  • Interest in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for flagship industry events
  • Fluent in navigating AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day workflows
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be willing to commute to the NYC or San Francisco office or relocate to either location
