About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with assigning incoming matters to appropriate internal teams or experts.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure accurate collection and entry of client and assignment information.
  • Maintain client records, assignment tracking, and activity updates within company databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client service activities.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing performance metrics and operational data for reporting purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company business matters.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives, such as client events, webinars, and outreach.
  • Perform other client service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, customer service, sales support, business development, hospitality, account management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with database management and/or client management systems preferred.
  • Experience handling inbound client inquiries, coordinating with internal experts, managing client onboarding, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Available for overtime when needed.
  • Minimal travel within the greater metropolitan area of the assigned district office.
