About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project support and coordination for designated Project Managers
- Support clients in connection with professional forensic engineering work
- Manage email and calendars
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, inspections, and deposition or trial testimony
- Assist with logging time and expenses
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Organize and manage electronic project records
- Coordinate electronic file sharing of project data
- Coordinate shipping of technical equipment between district offices and Project Managers
- Coordinate technical equipment needs and team resources
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Shared Outlook Calendar experience is a plus
- Project support or coordination experience in engineering, legal, or insurance fields is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Good organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk clearly
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Clear vision and depth perception
- Ability to work overtime when required
