About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and provide support for Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365 and identity services
- Administer Windows Server and manage the tenant
- Manage license activation
- Handle incidents and escalate cases to Microsoft
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 3 years of experience, with demonstrated participation in at least two (2) projects of a similar nature
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support, identity services, Windows Server, and tenant administration
- Experience with license activation, incident management, and escalating cases to Microsoft
- Professional degree
- Strong communication skills and technical proficiency
