About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead in-person property tours across Calgary on Saturdays and Sundays
Greet prospective tenants and answer questions about homes and neighbourhoods
Arrive early to ensure properties are clean, well lit and ready to show
Manage the weekend route in Showmojo and stay on time between showings
Turn off lights, lock doors and return keys to lockboxes after showings
Share notes about interested prospects and property observations with the weekday leasing team

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in hospitality, luxury service, fine dining or premium retail
Ability to build rapport quickly in person and make people feel cared for
Strong attention to detail, including ensuring properties are locked
Reliable availability on Saturdays and Sundays
Comfort using Google Workspace and scheduling apps on the go
Valid Alberta driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle for travel to properties across Calgary
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Experience in real estate, leasing or residential property operations is a bonus
Familiarity with Showmojo or monday.com is a bonus
