About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructures, including firewalls, switches, access points, servers, and VMs
Support company employees via a ticketing system or frontal support
Manage the IT-side onboarding and offboarding procedures
Support the company's live events and meeting rooms/multimedia equipment
Maintain and monitor IT assets and equipment via the ITAM system
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Provide clear and patient support to users across various departments
Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure technology infrastructure operates smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years experience as an IT Specialist, Junior Sys Admin or similar role
Troubleshooting common macOS and Windows issues
Experience with Okta (SSO), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with virtualization OS such as VMware or Hyper-V
Basic knowledge of managing and configuring networking equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points
Experience with Atlassian Administration, Freshservice, GCP, AWS, Iru, Intune, Synology, VPN, Linux, and PowerShell
Fast and self-learner, team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, and motivated
FortiGate experience is a plus
