About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ongoing assistance with the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts in collaboration with the Account Manager
  • Maintain internal and client system databases with current client information and annual audit findings
  • Monitor client compliance status, conduct portfolio trend analysis, and report findings
  • Oversee new client user onboarding on the RiskCheck Connect platform and conduct online client training
  • Respond to client health and safety inquiries and system questions
  • Provide mentorship or system training to clients requiring assistance
  • Liaise between clients, consultants, and the Business Development team to address client questions and concerns
  • Address internal requests regarding client information, compliance status, or trend analysis
  • Process audit reports by loading key data into the system and submitting final reports to clients
  • Maintain client portfolio databases, user access, and contact information
  • Build new client accounts or assets in the system and oversee onboarding
  • Update internal trackers with real-time report status updates
  • Participate in management or client meetings when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education, preferably a degree or diploma in Health & Safety and/or related courses preferred
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a requirement
  • Client relations / portfolio management support experience in an office/administrative setting (3 years)
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Past exposure to database management and data processing
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Strong client service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and confident communicator, with a professional telephone manner
  • Resilient and focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions
  • Candidates may be required to consent to a Background Check (Criminal Record Check) as part of the recruitment/onboarding process
