About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
- Meet with clients after software sales to collect information and data required to configure and customize solutions
- Facilitate business-requirement sessions to understand client needs, evaluate priorities and feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions
- Analyze clients' as-is business processes and translate them into to-be processes within Irth products
- Identify process, product, and functionality gaps and recommend enhancements or new features
- Customize and configure software systems based on individual client requirements and specifications
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned implementation projects
- Ensure projects are completed within established KPIs, timelines, and budgets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience
- Experience leading end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
- Experience collecting client information and data to configure and customize software solutions
- Experience facilitating business-requirement sessions
- Ability to analyze as-is business processes and translate them into to-be processes within Irth products
- Ability to identify process, product, and functionality gaps and recommend enhancements or new features
- Experience customizing and configuring software systems based on client requirements and specifications
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) capability for assigned implementation projects
- Ability to complete projects within established KPIs, timelines, and budgets
