About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy and implement WAN optimization solutions across customer environments, including tactical platforms
Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including planning, design, implementation, and project closure
Serve as a technical subject matter expert in networking, WAN optimization, and application performance
Assess customer environments and drive solution adoption to maximize ROI and business value
Design and architect solutions for data center consolidation, migration, and performance optimization
Develop technical documentation and deliverables, including HLDs, LLDs, and compliance-related materials
Troubleshoot complex performance issues and produce detailed analysis and reporting, including dependency mapping
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance on performance management and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active TS/SCI clearance (required for working with Federal customers)
Deep expertise in WAN optimization and/or network performance technologies
Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, protocols, and network architecture
Experience in technical consulting, professional services, or network engineering roles
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with network analysis tools, such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and snmpwalk
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures, including multi-tier environments
Ability to travel 50%
