About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with U.S. and Colombia-based business leaders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies aligned with practice needs and firm growth goals
- Lead and manage senior-level and specialized searches
- Use talent intelligence, sourcing techniques, and technology tools to build robust and diverse pipelines
- Enhance Riveron’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, high-quality engagement
- Manage and optimize recruiting systems, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights, track performance, and support decision-making
- Oversee and contribute to recruiting programs, including interview assessment, employer brand, campus recruiting, diversity initiatives, and talent insights
- Lead, coach, and develop junior talent acquisition members
- Prepare recruiting updates, reports, and presentations for TA and business leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment
- Conversational English proficiency required (B2+ or above)
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Extensive experience partnering with U.S.-based business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver diverse talent
- Experience recruiting for advisory and consulting roles, including FP&A, Data & Analytics, Technology Enablement, and related service lines
- Proven ability to source, engage, assess, and close passive and active candidates
- Meet recruiting KPIs, including candidates added to Ashby, time to fill, and hires per year
- Strong understanding of talent intelligence, employer branding, and recruiting technologies
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting solutions, and automation platforms such as Ashby and Noon AI
- Ability to lead complex searches across multiple practices and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing recruiting data, developing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders
